Magic Jan/Feb Commander League

Kick your pod play up a notch and play in our commander league!

RULES
This is a $25 entry, six week commander league with a deck budget of $250. We ask that you stick with your commander, but you can tweak the deck at any time (so long as you keep the $250 limit in mind). You are welcome to come up any day possible to play your games, but we are denoting Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as specific League Meet Up days. To have your games count you must play them in store and with at least one other person also in the league. Each player will have a sheet to track their progress and point total. These are public knowledge to everyone else participating.

The pay out is 100% store credit, with a standard deviation of 50%, 25%, 15%, 10% to the top 4 players.  The overall winner will also receive a Gold N Ticket, redeemable for free entry to a prerelease or draft event of their choice. They will also receive a play set of 12 power/toughness poker chip style markers from 20 Hundred Games! ( https://20hundred.com/products/12-power-toughness-counters-mini-set if you want to see what it looks like). For every 8 players that participate, we will add in an additional Gold N Ticket to be raffled away at the end of the season, so tell your friends and get points for playing with your buddies anyways!

HOW TO SCORE POINTS

The scoring window will be from January 10th to Feb 21st. Every week from Friday to Thursday, you'll be able to score your two best games. You get 1 point just for playing, 4 points for winning the pod, and 2 for coming in second. You can also score additional points in a game for each player you take out of the game. Bounties will also be on the top 4 players of the previous week - knocking them out is worth an additional point!

There will also be bonus achievements that are tiered by rarity where you can score bonus points by meeting that condition (we are finalizing these now, we will let everyone know what they are asap!). They will be tiers based on how difficult we think they are:

• Common = 1 Point 
• Uncommon = 2 Points
•  Rares = 3 Points
• Mythics = 4 Points

You can only get points for each achievement once each season, so try to do as many of these achievements as you can throughout the weeks to max out your total score!

As we get our community to participate, please keep the goal in mind, which is to have fun while being supportive of each other and growing our player base. League play is meant to be fun for all skill levels and fair for anyone to play and win. Do not take this too seriously or collude to cheat - we reserve the right to remove anyone from participating with no refund given.
